Sherry Chapter 3 passcode bug

So I'm playing Sherry chapter 3 on amateur (yeah, sorry I'm not as awesome as you guys are, I play more for fun) in the hospital area where I'm suppposed to watch the J'avo input a passcode. The problem is that I don't know what the first two icons are because its x'd out, and the third one doesn't match the way they put in the passcode. I watched a video on youtube and it clearly shows the three icons those guys press.

Then after a few tries, the door just magically opens, but the first two icons are still x'd out. Which leads into problem #2, I still don't know what the passcode is for the second door.

Again, the problem is the game doesn't let me open the door based on what those guys press, and I don't know what the three icons are supposed to be due to the game x'ing out the first two, and the third one doesn't match the third thing they press.

Passcode for all doors are the same if I recall.

Also...the first two keys are the bottom left icon on the keypad. :P

Haha, thanks, I did not realize that. The first game was those two exact icons, then I quit and reloaded, and the first two icons were again those two bottom left guys.

And what confused me was that they weren't pressing that lower left icon twice, it looked like they pressed the upper left, then upper right, then lower right icon to open the door.
