I hope this game gets a remaster

Please remaster this game so it's better for modern hardware and doesn't require us to go through game files to fix it or downloading some patch from some site.

I'm expecting something for 2025. This year they've got their attention on Quake2, next year probably on Quake3, and 2025 will be Quake4's 20th anniversary.

I mean, I would love for them to prioritize Quake 4. What I said about 2025 is just a guess, but I would be more than happy if next year we could have a remaster, that would be awesome.

Almost sure that we'll get Quake 4 next year, since Quake 3 isn't much of a requested one being a game without proper campaign

Honestly, even if they just give it a update where they fix the options so they work, I'd be happy enough.

Doom 3 remastered is probably going to happen, BFG edition is very long in the tooth at this point, but Quake 4 almost certainly won't - it's too too unpopular, the old version still works fine, and it wouldn't bring much marketing value to Game Pass. I don't expect Quake 3 either, especially since Quake Live already exists (and is dying) but we will see. I could be wrong on that one. I'd be taken aback if they decide to resurrect a mediocre campaign shooter that immediately fell into the dustbin of history, though.

Why would they remaster Doom 3 when they already did with BFG edition?
