achievements

why doesnt it have achievements on the pc version??

i completed all the 50 achievements back in the days on the 360 (nr1 cheated and played all 5000 of them with a 2 minute waiting marker)

i bought this game yesterday for the PC and i was dissapointed that it doesnt have achievements.

is there a way i can add them (mod)
or do i have to play it without the achievemnts.

Nope, no mods to add achievements.
It was also basically a retail release you could buy anywhere, it did not need linking to any kind of service, so that is why there are no achievements on the pc.

Where as on the xbox, it basically links to xbox live so achievements are easy to implement.

I agree. I know this is an old game but achievements and controller support would be nice. Not sure what kind of work it would take to make that happen. Hopefully someone that does will read this thread. lol

They will probably add them if they ever remaster it. Just like they did with Doom 3.
