But....I have a weird issue, all the character textures look washed out, and no where near as good as what's shown on the store page.
Set it to Ultra quality, everything maxed out, and a lot of it looks like PS1 textures.

So, the extreme rise in system requirements must be going to high polycounts, physics, and generally larger environments to render. I play a lot of GTAV, the size and openess of the world is amazing.
