You do realize you could have just responded with the three letters Y-E-S instead of insulting him or her. I've noticed you are quite cynical and condescending in a lot of your posts. I think many people would appreciate if you weren't.
Absolutely. I agree with that. But you don't seem to appear to be very amicable on this forum with your responses. Perhaps a more appropriate response would have been: "Yes. And for your future reference, this type of information can be found about all Steam games on the right side of the store page."
Steam = 2nd DRM
Buy from Ubi.
How is this user lazy? I'd argue that making a forum post asking a question requires more effort than passively reading a store page.
Nevertheless, I see our conversation is a bit fruitless. I have made my thoughts about your attitude clear. Perhaps it will spark a change in your demeanor but I would not be surprised if it did not.
Somehow I'm not surprised you never responded in this older thread where you posted the same crap instead of thinking about what people are asking for. Something that's actually not answered by the store page.
But apparently you have nothing better to do than to keep trolling new threads.
denuvo... 3rth DRM
#SayNoToUplay
It doesn't say anything about a launcher, just the Uplay account. That's why I'm asking.
Incorporates 3rd-party DRM: Denuvo Anti-tamper
Requires 3rd-Party Account: Ubisoft Connect account (Supports Linking to Steam Account)
Requires agreement to a 3rd-party EULA
Assassin's Creed Valhalla EULA
I know. That's where I look first for all games. There's no talk about the Uplay launcher needing to be installed. Can anyone who bought the game here on Steam confirm that just the game is installed and needed to run? (a Uplay account link can be done ingame or in the interwebs on their site or wherever - don't need a launcher for that)
YES !!
YOU NEED UBISOFT CONNECT LAUNCHER RUNNING FOR ALL UBISOFT GAMES !!
