Anyone have any modern day tilesets?

Trying to make an RPG based on my crappy convenience store, but having trouble finding good textures and tilesets for it. Things like cracked asphalt, cars, white floor tiles, coffee machines, desktop computers, that sort of thing. I can always try to make what I can't find, but if it's out there already that'd speed things up considerably.

Also, this is my first time here so if this is the wrong place for this or there are obvious tilesets I'm missing, sorry in advance.

The modern tileset DLC is pretty cheat (I think 5 dollars), but from user reviews I've heard it's pretty small and most people use the Sci-fi tileset instead (which blends with modern, as well as has fairly standard looking buildings).

I like going to Granny's Lists for tilesets, maybe this will help.
