Is humbleb drm free completely?
Was wondering, wanted to be able to reinstall on
laptop as many times as I wanted without any complex
drm issues.

Just noticed it there.

I believe it should be fine, haven't tried it though.

No, The program itself has to be redeemed on Steam, but some of the games that are part of that deal are DRM free.
