Exporting the game to a playable state basically. Its the only way games can be uploaded to sites and played by other people.

It enters an extracting process where it says it somewhere else. After you extract it just launch the game.exe in the folder where it saved too.

This isn't exactly true. Technically the game is in a playable state as soon as you make a map and place a player on it. As for what the compress game data does is essitially remove the ability for others to edit your game if they have Ace. That being said however it is well known that the encryption algorithims have been discovered and I know for a fact there are tools for decrypting/extacting the files and making them editable again. So if you plan to market your game I'd suggest getting a seperate encryption system as well.

Or you can use default encryption and if someone dares edit your game you sue them and get more monies!

Compressing means it makes the MB smaler, so you can upload it easier to some place.
And the user has less to Download. Than he just needs to decompress it and can Play.

the end user may need to install the RTP or run time package. there should be an option that will bring the RTP in your extracted game

This option is a little tick box next to another tick box for encrypting the game when you open the little window to Compress the game data.

Minecraft has one file Yet you can decrypt that.
(It's called a package file)

Well technically it has some files it puts elsewhere.
