First-person EVA? (Suggestion)
Thought it would be cool to be in a spacesuit as all.

It's not hard enough for you now?

If they have cockpit views why not in helmet views

this would be cool to get a look at your space craft from up close

Interesting.

This is a great idea. I think it would be even cooler if you were able to move around on the interior and then able exit the craft still in first person view. The EVA and IVA buttons could be switched with 1st and 3rd person views. This could also be usefull for space station interiors and modular interiors, maybe with docking ports that would alow crew to pass through. The first person view for the crew could be used to make repairs, add fuel lines or even add struts.

I'm glad someone commented this, and I hope this could be added to the game.

That would be amazing, someone should make a mod...

There are already mods that do this. The Lazor mod has a option for this and there is another mod that is solely for this purpose. BBI first person mod: http://kerbalspaceport.com/bbi-first-person-view/ Lazor System http://kerbalspaceport.com/lazor-system/ I don't know if these mods have been updated yet.

Good pick up. Lazor is on the ball with updates so should be good.

Yeah, using the Lazor Systems will allow for FPS EVA views, as well as a laser for welding, destroying, and decoupling items off ships, as well as a menu for all EVA stats and actions. Quite handy.

I want this and Occulus Rift support :) Here's hoping some modder gets on that next year when that thing is released. Although if that makes me even more absorbed into this game I may have some serious problems hehe

Someday soon perhaps :) I am waiting for the consumer version anyway, so there's plenty of time.
