Game's actually kinda’ crappy. Still, I expect that of all things on mobile.
Those are all less feature-rich, and coded on entirely different engines. The Arma 2 App for iOS is a turn-based strategy game that focuses on close combat. Minecraft Pocket Edition has limited size worlds and is, again, less feature-rich.
Also, because I CBA to make another seperate reply, to the guy arguing for GTA3 and Vice City being on iOS... Those really aren't demanding games anymore... Those came out on the PS2 and original XBox. Comparing being able to run those to being able to run Kerbal Space is like saying that being able to run the original Half-Life means you can run Crysis.
I already have that game.
What makes you say that? And kerbal attracts so many people because it's a really great game.
And just for the record, no, I was never trolling.
32mb dedicated, but it shares memory. It can run up to 1720mb shared memory. I assure you that if you ran KSP on only 32mb it wouldnt even load the start screen.

And yet the game runs like a dream! Yeah, there really is a whole lot of physics calulating going on there.... Not. Have any of you taken a look at the coding? For the most part it is simple if statements stating that if a part weighs oh lets say about 10 tons, then it will fall slower and get into space easier than something that weighs 100 tons. How is that a ton of "Intense Physics Calculations"?
Thank you.
