How to correct crooked orbit?
I'm off a equatorial orbit by about 15 degrees, but not sure how to fix it?

Boost south at apoapsis or at periapsis?

Easiest way to do it is to maneuver around in the map screen so that you can see the line representing the orbit of the Mun since it's the same as Kerban's equatorial. Place a maneuver node where your "off-kilter" orbit meets it and use either of the pink triangle nodes to make the adjustement. Then you just lock your SAS on the blue target marker and when you reach the node, burn until your orbit comes down to the projected equaltrorial. Hope that helps :-D

you indeed burn north or south, but not at apoaps/periaps, rather at the orbital ascending/descending nodes.
typically, these are halfway in between Ap and Pe, but an easy way to show them is to set the mun as a target, since it orbits at exactly 0 degree inclination
