Stages going off out of order.
Anyone have this problem, all my decouplers are set in diffrent stages but they are the only things that will go off in the right order, engines wont fire and the launch pad wont release the rocket. Its not an issue of having it in the right order its just nothing els will work.

Put your cursur over the icons on the stage ladder on the right. It will light up the parts as you hover over them. Find the decoupler thats going off out of order, and move it as needed. I mean move the icon, drag it to the stage it suppose to be in.

Right click the engines, and it will say if its on, or deprived.

Move and reset the clamps.

Either your stage setup is broken, or your parts are deprived of something. And clamps can attach themselves to your rocket sometimes. Its a bug. Moving them usually fixes it.

This is a problem I have all the time with docking and undocking and it's NOT user error. The program is doing it wrong. If I dock two ships together and then undock them, often the staging list no longer does what it LOOKS LIKE it will according to the list on the left of the screen, EVEN WHEN I meticulously re-edit it to fix what the docking and undocking screwed up. I edit the staging list to put it they way I wanted it again, then hit spacebar, and instead of activating the stage on the bottom of the list it activates a stage that is SHOWING in the staging list as being 2 to 3 levels ABOVE the bottom of the list, leaving the stages underneath that still un-activated. Usually this is disasterous, of course, and I've gotten in the habit of ignoring the staging list after any docking operation and instead doing it all manually with rightclicks on parts. The staging list is NOT to be trusted after any docking and undocking operation. Not only does the game re-arrange the staging list, but it does not actually obey your instructions when you manually re-edit the list in flight to try to put it back the way you had it.
