Kerbal Space Program

Where I download other ships? (SHIPS, not mods or add-ons)
The site I went, Spaceport, I found that there were ships to download, and I thought that's good... until I found that they need add-ons/mods to work, and with many mods installed, it takes the game too long to load.

I prefer to download ships created and shared by other people, but which don't need mods or add-ons to work. I can't find anything like that in Spaceport. Can you give me suggestions?

Have you tried looking at the SpacePort with the keyword "stock"? This usually means that the craft doesn't use mods.

The Spacecraft exchange is here on the offical site, look through them for anything labelled "stock" as that means the ship they are sharing is made only with stock parts, no mods.

This is a feature that really should be implemented to Steam - Workshop would be a perfect place for all kinds of rocket designs.

Spaceport will remain the place for game files, because steam isnt the only place to buy the game. They also sell a non-steam version from their website. So spaceport is designed to work for both.

Ship design files have a ".craft" extension, so if the file says its craft file, then its a ship. Just in case you are ever wonder if its a ship file or not.

There are both stock and modded craft files at spaceport. But it should say clearly that its a "stock" ship, if it is.
