So about the Parts...
I Don't Think all the Parts From there None-Steam version are on the Steam Version
My Friend has a HyperDrive and ♥♥♥♥ so I'm Very Jelly over that TT_TT
Need some assistance in Figuring this out.

I play KSP and as i know a hyper drive is not in the original game.
So i think your friend has installed a mod.
Check out www.kerbalspaceprogram.com and klick on SpacePort to have access to community content.

But i'm not sure if mods are handled the same way over Steam. I'm one of the lucky ones that buyed the game from the store of KSP.

There are a huge number of add-on parts that have been made b the community, you can find them both on the KSP forum here http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/forumdisplay.php/35-Addon-Releases-and-Projects-Showcase
