Kerbal Space Program

KSP .23 Seems to be crashing my NVIDIA graphics card... every session!
I had a fair few mods installed into .22 I tried to delete local data and removed the save files but the reinstall was only 424MB's?

Im wondering if ive managed to do a good enough reinstall... only game this issue occurs with!

If you use mods they can make the loading of the game hit the 3.2GB RAM limt. Try using Textrure replacer mod it will reduce the load size.

Are the drivers updated?
What video card do you have?

This is very true, and with Squad adding more and more stock parts, there's less space than before to "fit" mods, especialy the ones with large numbers of parts (KW Rocketry, NovaPunch, B9, etc.)

I find that I really have to "pick and chose" which mods I use now.
Many mods KW and B9 for example have the texture maps so large that they only benefit if you put your eyeball right on the fuel tank surface. You won't notice the texture reduction mod much you have to get very close to notice it and it saves a few hundred MB.

Also 0.23 is not compatible with many 0.22 mods. Go to the official mod forum and get the most upto date ones that have a 0.23 tag.

B9 mod is not 0.23 yet but reinstall the Firespitter mod it comes with the more upto date version and it works.

It looks like there a no mods installed... the error is a:

error... seems the new version has created some hardware conflict with unity?

card is a 560M laptop card. Windows 8.1.

tried adding a command line to startup parameters to force single threading but didnt seem to make any difference.
I'm having trouble with Shadowplay recording at 1900 x 540 (half the height) sometimes, but it's all the trouble I'm having with my GTX 650.

Doesn't help the fact that the GeForce Experience installer requires Steam to be closed, but usually won't tell you.
Reinstall KSP then update the Nvidia driver from nvidias website.
