Texture Compressor? Does it really exist?
I just looked through a thread, reccomending mods and someone listed a Texture Compressor that should free up ram and hopefully allow for the running of bigger mods, such as the latest version of the B9 pack, which is by far my favourite mod, but which has become un-usable due to its HUGE size.

I have tried searching on Kerbal Space Port and even Google, but all I've turned up are a few discussion threads, saying what a brilliant idea it would be to have a Texture Compression utility. Does this thing actually exist, or have I just been wasting my time? Can anyone tell me if it's real or am I just stuck, waiting for Squad to make a 64bit version of KSP or for the B9 team to drastically reduce the size of the mod so it doesn't instantly crash my game on loading?

Yes, it does exist. I'm using it. Give me a minute and i'll find it. I went from using 3.5 gb ram with a bunch of mods to using 2.5 gb.

Also, you might want to look into the texture reduction packs for B9, Squad, and KW.

There is one problem though... if you try to click to the download link, it will redirect you to the curse website, which is where Kerbal Spaceport moved to. And the mod is not there...

So what can i do?

Use 64bit version of KSP, if you have a 64bit computer.

Use Google. First hit is for the forum thread that gets the downloads from github.
