Pipe Dreams and Treard should be reported for being rude to steam players.

European people do the reverse when it comes to punctuation I think. They use commas( , ) to stop their sentences and periods( . ) for things like numbers. Ex: 1.000.246 pounds.

OK Thanks Bonnie. Didn't kmow.

Bonnie, your false. We also use dots to end our sentences and commas to seperate halfsentences or itemization in sentence.

but the dots and commas in numbers are the opposite.

so we write 1.000.000,00 €
and you 1,000,000.00 $

Maybe they just don't call them periods? I think that's where the confusion might be.

. dot
... elipsis
. period
. full stop
. point
. decimal point
Period is the american term for full stop, apparently[en.wikipedia.org].

.s are used for numbers (but we call them decimal points)
and for the end of sentences.
we use commas for lists and pauses
we still use commas in number so it does like this - £1,000.21 (one thosand pounds twenty one pence)
