good "colonization" mod for 1.0?

NovaSilisko had a completely madenning idea for the stock's resource system. Wish somebody dug up her huge diagram for about 20 of them.

OK, your state is appropriate. Nothing will work meaningfully without a life support mod.

I installed the USI mod for my game, but i dont have any of the parts that im supposed to have from the mod, only two ladders lol. Anybody help?
i Unzipped and moved correct folder into Gamedata for KSP, it must have installed correctly for me to have 2 parts already for the mod, but the rest are nowhere to be seen or used! i tried in sandbox mode so i know i should have all the parts right away. I have almost 200 hours of game time on Kerbal, so i know what im doing.

sounds weird, try another donwload page? maybe the zip is corrupt. how many other mods are active?
