How Do You Get New Contracts?

I keep getting the contracts, test part, resuce kerbal, etc. But how do you get the ones for satellties and planet bases?

You need to do more research and possibly increase your reputation. The more advanced contracts won't appear untill you have the technology to do them and have the reutation high enough to to get them. Also, you could try ALT+F12 to bring debug menu up and you can access contracts in there.

I'm not super knowledgeable on contracts, but contract types get unlocked after you have achieved certain milestones, such as reaching orbit, or going to the Mun. I don't know what you have done so far, but you may want to go to the Mun, or another planet and that *may* unlock them.

Contracts are offered based upon previous achievements and reputation level.
