Go to the science building and there should be an 'archives' button or tab there. It'll show you what experiments you've completed for each planet and moon.

I know but I'd like to know what experiments I've not yet completed

Well either you could check what experiments you did where and then try to repeat them where you did not do them OR you use 'google'

there are mods, e.g.

"ScienceAlert" tells you whenever there is an experiment that you can do right now
"[x] Science!" is similar (but worse imho, ymmv)

"Science Library" gives you a list of all possibe experiments, but is somewhat outdated (0.23.5)

I'll have to look into "Science library", even if it's out of date it could be a bit useful.

I've been trying to count just how many experiments there are in total. I'm up to 1,977 and still counting. There are just a LOT of experiments that you can do, and most of them are just extra credit after completing all of the research tech.

I seriously doubt that anybody has ever performed a complete series of experiments and obtained every single report in this game. It looks like it would take years of playing every day for hours a day.
