Eva Orientation reset
Is there anyway to change the orientation of the axis that the EVA controls are attached to?

It seems I always end up with my kerbal headbutting the entrance to my ships rather than oriented in the same direction as the ladder. Then when I hit "Grab" he flings off into space.

I know you can click drag kerbal to change how they are pointed, but it is unweildly and takes to long to use effectively.

Let me know if you figure it out, eva is not the best at the moment...

If you hit the V key (if i recall correctly) it changes the camera. Put the camera in "free mode" and its no longer restricted to that axis. Now you can easily enter hatches at any angle.
