Changing "Argument of Periapsis", manually or with Mechjab?
So I have a contract through mod (either KAS or mechjab, not sure what), that wants me to put a satellite into a set orbit. I've got just about everything done, BUT the Argument of Periapsis. infact, my orbit is kinda turned int the other direction lol.
Does anyone know how to change this? I get that its something to do with the Radial direction, but I can't get it to work. Does MechJab have a setting for this?

IT'S MechJeb NOT MechJab

Doubtfully so, though. If it is the same as the periapsis, you just need to raise your apoapsis at the right place, fix your periapsis, and then fix your apoapsis again. I believe the blue icons vary this as well. If you need more, just Google how to do so.

And are you orbiting in the correct direction as well?

I don't know how to use Mechjeb for this, but to fix it manually, place a maneuver node on to one of the points where your orbit intersects the intended orbit, and burn radially (and likely retrograde as well). It's an expensive maneuver depending on how much you need to change, and it may actually be cheaper to break it into more maneuvers.

What would I burn at which Intersection? I.E would I burn radial or Anti-radial approching the apoapsis intersection? Do the same rules for normal orbits apply?

It depends on your relation with your target orbit. If you have maneuver nodes unlocked, try both.

The way to do it otherwise, is to draw the orbits on paper. At the intersection points, draw out your velocity vector for both your current and existing orbits (remember, it's tangent to your orbit) -- the difference between the two vectors is the maneuver you need to make.

>_< Problem is, I can't revert, so really can't do any testing. sucks. Guess I'll just have to wing it.

Woot! I figured it out! Ya just have to fiddle with the Prograde/Retrograde as well as the Radial in/Radial out Manually. After that, Mechjeb can do the Rest.
