Unbind mouse wheel from throttle control

Is there any way to do this?

Did you bind your mouse wheel to throttle? By default it should be camera zoom.

In any case if you are having difficulty unbinding within the game, go to the install locations and find the settings.cfg file. Open it in a text editor and look for the throttle binds. Edit and save them there.

Outside of that, could it be a mod issue? Have you installed any fly by mouse mods?

Depending on your HOTAS setup you may need 3rd party software.
KSP does a good job with most peripherals but it will not work with those that are not "Daisy Chained" together. For those Rigs you'll need these ....

Weird, i do not recall any difficulty using my Saitek X56 in it, though i found it not exactly the most ergonomic thing for KSP, i much prefer the Logitech Farm Simulator control panel i picked up.

For KSP i find it works great, and i use AntimicroX to map the buttons in excess of what KSP can see to keyboard commands as it easily sets up macros, toggles and flip flops.
