Good Mining Location in the Joolian Moons?
Hello, I'm planning a somewhat large mission to Jool, exploring all the moons in the system. During this time, I'm also planning to set up a mining facility for refueling, but I haven't yet decided on which moon. I figured Bop or Pol would be the best candidates due to their weak gravity, but I'm concerned ferrying fuel to my main components at Laythe and low Jool orbit would be too inefficient. Any suggestions?

Vall or Tylo is a good choice because they have a lot of flat areas and they have big mining areas and good place for big bases/facility :D

Vall I would consider, but I'm worried Tylo's large amount of gravity would mean a lot of inefficiency when transporting fuel from the surface to orbit.

Tylo is not a place to mine.

I vote Pol.

Being in orbit is being halfway to everywhere. And hence it's quite more efficient to do long transfers.

Thankyou Mr Heinlein
The quote "halfway to anywhere' was first made by Robert Heinlein in a conversation with Jerry Pournelle when discussing plots for a sci-fi novel. Jerry Pournelle popularised the quote in may of his writting.

I'd say Laythe, just because it's fupping beautiful.

Plus planes, duh. XD
