Launch stability enhancer width

Is there a way to increase the width of the launch stability enhancer? having it strech farther away from the body of the rocket.

You can use a radial decoupler on the side of the rocket, then a truss between the decoupler and the stability enhancer

edit: The truss will fall and hit something when you launch, and may cause an accidental explosion or malfunction, so placement is important.
