T to switch on RCS,
WASDQE for Rotational movement
IJKLNH for translational movement

Unless you are in docking mode, in which case WASD are for translational movement in default mode

The "translate..." bindings under input options are what you're looking for, in either regular 'staging' mode or 'docking' mode. The difference is that in 'docking' you need to switch between lineal and rotational movement, unlike in regular Staging.

I think the default keys are wasdqe and ijklnh, but check out just to make sure.

once you are in docking mode, the spacebar will switch between linear and rotation controls for your WASD (make sure you are in docking mode though, you dont want to acidentally stage your ship)

personally, i prefer the IJKLHN RCS controls since i am then able to control rotation at the same time as translation

also, rather then what Proteus said: the default button to activate your RCS is "R", not "T", T is for your SAS (which you also want on while docking, but it's a different system)
