there is a mod that allows you do do this, i'm not sure what it was called.
it lets you basically record your actions, then revert time and control something else, with the previous actions on rails
You can switch to any other flying object - just not to landed objects.
no, you cannot switch while flying in an atmosphere.
Or to debris to watch them crash after RUD?
Or to dropped takeoff boosters to check whether they make it to the ground in one piece?
I have no idea unless you have a mod that allows it. In the vanilla game if you try to switch while in the atmosphere it does not switch, and you get a message on screen when you try that says " Cannot switch craft while in atmosphere"
same, you must have a mod that allows it.
