How do you transmit science data?

I put a lab and an intenna on the ship and that goo thing but person will not transmit the data.
What do I need to do?

Right click the goo tank and hit "observe goo"... that should do it

u also need electric power if you like very new lol

you can also right click the antenna and start transmit or send data something like that. if you have the science lab should be able to do it from the lab. also make sure you have 2 scientists in the lab

you may need to extend the antenna also by right clicking on it and hitting extend.

How do you get two scientist in the lab? Only one will fit and that is not the lab but the command mod.

There are 2 different science modules. That is the confusion here. There is a big one you will get in a later skill that holds 2 scientists inside it.
