Had a bit of a save screw-up, it's basically the same thing just the wheels are different, doesn't seem ot make a difference though.

But I can tell you right now that your problem is most likely that your rear wheels are too far back, not allowing the plane to rotate the nose up, move those forward so they are just behind the CoM and the plane should take off.
Move your rear wheels forward so that they are infront of or right below your wings.
Or move your wings backward so they are directly above, slightly behind your wheels.
Edit: Try adding little wiglets to the front. As your current choice of wings are likely not proding enough lift.
Those Delta-Deluxe Winglets just aren't doing it for you.

I added some tiny winglets to the front and angled them 5 degrees, and I was able to go aloft after running off the end of the runway, but it has no way to pitch up.

Ya, with more tweaking, I can get it to lift off even earlier though it's still a brick in the air.
Haha, ya, with the wings, that little thing moves pretty quickly.
Works well enough to fly at yur tech leve. Just might smack the engine off.
Iff need to. I can take a picture of the underside to show wheel placements and the wheels used.
