After the landing and reorbiting, there was araound 50% fuel left. Sorry that i have no real numbers.but the lander is stock parts only, so you could rebuild something usefull out of it.
Duna is not that hard. a Mun-Lander with some extra fuel can do it. Use parachutes for the landing.

Both are Duna-and-back.
taking off: take half as much fuel and rocket power as you would on kerbin.
actually, a ship that can land on the mun and return home from low kerbin orbit can also launch from duna if you double the thrust.
ok, you need a seperate return stage, but that bit is easy.
