Quick question about repacking parachutes
Please, I just need an easy yes or no answer from anyone that may know.

I'm redesigning one of my bigger ships, and I'm wondering about repacking parachutes... I've never had Bill or anyone do it before.

Question: Does an engineer have to get right next to a parachute to repack it, similar to how a scientist has to get close to a goo or science jr. lab to reset?

Last time I used it (which was in 0.25 I guess) the answer was a clear: YES

I don´t think this has changed with KSP 1.0.4

I think the only restriction is the engineer has to be level 1 or higher to be able to repack chutes.
