(Warning: If you copy over all those parameters directly, you'll appear in the same location exactly and there will be an explosion.)
There's even a Scott Manley video that includes editing the persistent file...he went over it in a recent video where he was trying to get two items in "opposite" orbits (inclined 180 degrees to each other) to ram at orbital velocity, i.e. 2x 2300 m/s. It resulted in: a big explosion.

Also, you could try using MechJeb. You can use it to fly to an orbit for you and it can schedule launches to intersect other spacecraft
Or you could have this happened to you -- a totally random 1 in a billion chance to unintentionally come back from the moon and land on the front lawn of the Station.
i use the normal dock both ships have a radio thing from mechjeb it glows green i set a target and i control the vessel from a dockingport? what am i doing wrong
I've not used MechJeb for docking, not sure what could be going wrong. But if you're close enough to dock, perhaps try docking manually. If you're fairly new to KSP, then docking can help you figure out how to translate (Up/Down Left/Right Ahead/Back) and rotate (pitch, yaw and roll) your way to a target.
To dock, you need to align your craft with the docking port. You'll want to point the same direction you'll be pointing after you dock. To do this, be sure you're in ROT mode. (Click the button at lower left to switch modes.) Once aligned close enough, switch to translation (LIN) mode then translate up, down, left, right, in and out as needed until you gently touch the docking port and...presto.
