How to copy and paste ksp files to run a separate unmodded version of the game?

I have a lot of mods installed on kerbal space program. However, sometimes I would much prefer to just play an unmodded version of the game separately instead of deleting all the mods and installing them all later on the same launcher. Is there a way that I can do this?

Copy the modded installation of Kerbal Space Program, then delete everything inside the gamedata folder except the Squad and SquadExpansion folders. The stuff you deleted are the mods, the Squad folder is the base game and the SquadExpansion folder contains both of the DLCs.
