ship spinning problem
Today i was going to land on the mun... as i was in my cross-over orbit i turned my SAS off and notice my ship had a constant right yaw of about 2-3 10ths of the bar, at first i thought it would go away and i'd just keep sas on and be fine... RONG as soon as i land and EVA the ship tips over and spins out of control and im not able to get back inside to stop it. i am using mods but not ones that would mess with the controls. (i'd think -_- )

OK, when a pilot leaves a ship and the ship has no SAS module, the pilot's SAS turns off, and if you ship is asymetric even at all it will cause spinning.

Nope. If CoM and CoT aren't aligned properly, the ship will start spinning if you throttle up, but that's not what OP described.

My guess would be you set a trim. IIrc alt + qweasd to set, alt + x to reset. Might be wrong on alt, but it is some kind of key + qweasdx.

If your pilot powers SAS and goes EVA, SAS turns off. Just go back to the drawing board on your landing vessel. In a nutshell, you should have a low, centered CoM and 4 landing legs. Don't use 3 landing legs until you feel comfortable doing manual unplanned landing area adjustments because you need really flat surfaces to get any sort of stability like that.

If you are using a controller..goto settings and put in a wide yaw deadzone..since the last update all of my controllers according to the game are giving a right yaw input..i even remapped my controls so what had been my yaw controller was my roll and vice versa..same damn thing magical yaw demand roll completely unaffected.

This can also happen if you have controllers connected to your PC; ie a 360 controller/etc that isn't being used can sometimes be the problem. Disconnect any extra unused controllers and see if the issue goes away.
