White screen on start.
When I launch the game it stays on a white screen, but it doesn't say that it's not responding. Please help, I really want to play it!

Are you starting the game in window mode? as that happens at the start of said mode.

Try Waiting. Alt-Tab Out, And Do It Again. It Should Work.

Command for forcing the game to launch in fullscreen, please? "-fullscreen" doesn't work. Tabbing out doesn't work either.

Browse to the install directory and run the launcher. You can change game settings from there.

Close The Laptop If It Is A Laptop, Or If It Is A Desktop, Just Wait.

Did You Hold Alt Then Press Tab? If You Press Alt Then Press Tab, It Won't Work. Make Sure You Are Still Holding It When You Press Tab. If You Let Go Of Alt Before Pressing Tab, It Won't Work Either.

Ctrl-Alt-Del should bring up shutdown options .. or Unplug desktop from wall, or remove battery from laptop .. that should restore your ability to controll your comp .. IF its a PC/windows sys.

Ok, if it's nVidia optimus, open the control panel and go to the manage 3d settings section. To test quickly, under global options, set the power management to "prefer maximum performance" this should force the nVidia GPU to be used all the time.

If that solves the problem, set that back to adaptive or whatever it says and go to the specific programs tab, find or add KSP there and do the same.

It's been a while since I dealt with optimus so I'm a bit vague but it's something like that.
