I keep getting "Error During Installation" when downloading mods on CKAN. Can someone please help me?

It says: DLL for module BackgroundResources found at GameData/TacLifeSupport_0.18.0.0/GameData/REPOSoftTech/BackgroundResources/BackgroundResources.dll, but it's not where CKAN would install it. Aborting to prevent multiple copies of the same mod being installed. To install this module, uninstall it manually and try again.
Error during installation!

Edit: I fixed that particular part and it got a bit further but now its saying:
DLL for module ModuleManager found at GameData/TacLifeSupport_0.18.0.0/GameData/ModuleManager.4.2.1.dll, but it's not where CKAN would install it. Aborting to prevent multiple copies of the same mod being installed. To install this module, uninstall it manually and try again.

But I don't have TacLifeSupport Installed, nor was I trying to install it, can someone help me?

Second Edit: Fixed that one as well, but now its saying:
DLL for module B9PartSwitch found at GameData/NearFutureSolar_1_3_2/GameData/B9PartSwitch/Plugins/B9PartSwitch.dll, but it's not where CKAN would install it. Aborting to prevent multiple copies of the same mod being installed. To install this module, uninstall it manually and try again.

Had to manually uninstall some mods I had installed without ckan.

my friend has this issue but he has no manually installed mods
