Help With Refueling Reactor

Hi i have hit another brickwall in kerbal, I have an empty reactor so how how do i fill it with Enriched uranium? I have had a few google searches and seen some things about getting a kerbal to eva ect, however there is no option atall for refueling just repair and i cant even do that because it does not need repairing, if anyone knows of a mod that will allow me to simply transfer it then that would be great because im getting over stuff being complicated in kerbal, i already use TacFuelBalancer and that can not do it as far as i can tell, thanks in advance to anyone that can help.

That is NOT in stock KSP, Try the mods forum page for tips or YouTube tutorials on the mod that you are using.

Also knowing which mod that these parts are from would help.

Are there reactors powered by Enriched uranium in stock ksp? the mod i beleave is near future elec. Enriched uranium however is used in more then one mod i just want to transfer it

Well if it's useful info, it's useful info.

That said, OP fixed the problem (four years ago) anyway. So I think I'll do the decent thing and make sure that the dead don't rise again, in this case.
