How to force fullscreen when launching game?

Launching in windowed always leaves the bottom of the window buried behind the Windows toolbar. Trying to 'set launch options' only gets me told that that is for 'advanced users only'.

Easy, there's actually a trick that may improve your video performance too: Borderless Windowed mode. Set the game to your exact Desktop Resolution, run windowed mode, but borderless, so the window is technically full screen, without all the video-issues that sometimes occur in full-screen games.

the 8.4 setup.

Run the app, while KSP is up, select KSP from the window, move to the otherside of the window... and it should run borderless from then on, at game-start.

That does not work because I cannot then click apply settings at the bottom of the window, because the window does not fit the screen, which is why I am asking how to change this setting from outside of the game.

Press "ALT + Enter" mine starts in windowed mode every time too. this is how i fix it.

it works for pretty much any game.
