trim not working?

any reason why my trim controls aren't working? i'm on an hour long flight and its annoying b.c i have to keep pitching up constantly.

Are you trying to trim with SAS enabled?

when i turn off SAS the trim is set to full left roll and quickly makes my plane break up.
