Help with Nav Ball and Manuever Nodes
Can anyone give me a link to a good guide or video that explains the functions, markings, and use of a nav ball (As related to KSP preferably). I've looked through the guides on steam but haven't found any dedicated to the Nav Ball. Just mentions of it here or there.

Also the same question for manuevere nodes. There are guides that show it being used, especially for docking but none that just go over the symbols and functions of it. I've messed around with it but do not want to assume my messing has taught me much of how the proper way of working it is.

Thanks guys for your help!

Pretty sure one of the tutorials covers it pretty well.

Covers which one?

I couldn't find one that focused on either just the nav ball or the manuevers but instead only covered them with respects to achieving orbits or getting to X, not just what they are/do/function.

original naball is quite simple, as i plane, she's in two part, represent the ground and the sky. The yellow dot always on the middle is the nose of ure ship, so if it is on the ground part, u aim the ground !! the other two green pts are pro and retrograde pts, Prograde is green circle wiz 4 line outside, it represente ure speed (the way ure last push project u) when u aim it and burn engine, u accelerate. the retrograde dot, green circle wiz cross inside, and 3 line around, represent the retrograde pt, aim it and burn, u deccelerate.
That 2 pts so reprsent the forward/backward relative to ure move
Finally, when u plan a manoeuvre, a blue dot appears represent the way u have to push for going in the new direction u plan to.

Also, you can use the mouse scroll wheel to manipulate maneuver nodes. hover the cursor over the part of the node you want to adjust, and fiddle with the scroll wheel. It seems more sensitive in .24 though.

Thanks for the links and info guys/girls, they were very helpful and thanks for pointing out you can use the mousewheel on the nodes. Didn't know that although it seems obvious in retrospect. Lol

Ya. You would think that something so fundamental would be documented somewhere, but I haven't seen any reference to it on the wiki about maneuver nodes. Mind you I haven't looked that hard for it anywhere else.
