edit: SOAB that didn't work. Started all over with deleting everything. Used a backup save from before the VAB trouble and the VAB folder is still empty.
edit: deleting that particular ship from the VAB save folder did resolve the VAB issues. Although now instead of pics I see green rockets next to each ship name.
Yeah but I think KSP will regenerate those images when it has time. Those Images are generated possibly each time you load a ship in VAB it has the chance to make an image of it when it is loaded. I suspect you will have to load each ship and then the list will have images again. But sometimes KSP seems to do it itself somehow.
