Scatterer not tinting planet atmospheres?
I'm running the current releases of Astronomer's Visual Pack and Scatterer, and while AVP works just fine, with clouds and cities/lights showing up correctly, Scatterer doesn't seem to be doing anything. Aside from the wonderful cloud layers, Kerbin looks as starkly clear and devoid of atmosphere as vanilla.

Anyone know why Scatterer isn't tinting Kerbin blue or Duna red as it should be? Everywhere I look, the general consensus is that Scatterer -should- be working with the current version of KSP, and AVP is *designed* to be used with Scatterer, so I'm at quite a loss here.

EDIT: Also, how do I check the Scatterer settings? I can't find any info anywhere on how to find the settings menu for Scatterer?

I think you can bring up the Scatterer in game menu with ALT+F10...though I may be mixing it up with something else. It's been a while since I have had it installed and messed about with it.
Huh, I wonder if there was a problem with my AVP install or any dependencies... Removed them and ran only Scatterer and the menu is there. Running AVP and dependencies, no Scatterer...
It's possible AVP includes something in configs that locks it out. I know one of Galileo's mods does this.
Oddly it still barely seems to be working though. I mean the colour change of the sky along the terminator is there, but the atmosphere itself seems barely changed at all by Scatterer... I distinctly remember it used to make Kerbin look considerably more blue and, well, atmospheric in the past.
Well, you can look through the AVP files for the scatterer configs to see what it is doing but it will require you to understand how the fields behave in game. It might be that the author has decided to tone down the effects. You could even delete the configs supplied by AVP and throw in the default scatterer ones.

I know I personally alter the default scatterer settings (when I have it installed) because I find the mountains west of KSP to be too blue when viewed from KSC. That's my personal taste and it's about the only thing I change, the "thickness" of the effect at ground level. Even then, it's only a minor adjustment.
