Report a translation problem
I had problems even with Stock contracts not working ...
If it doesn't work with a clean installation then I will know that the problem is in the game itself. (very unlikely)
I just finished testing and the game console is still FULL of warnings.
GameData / Squad / Contracts / PrebuiltCraft / everything in here kkk
Remembering that I did a clean installation. Game + 2 DLC's and 0 MODS.
In version 1.11.0 I did not have these problems. I upgraded to 1.11.2 and INITIALLY nothing went wrong. I installed my mods and everything was ok. Then several warnings started to appear and the contracts were wrong. I thought it was the fault of the 'Contract Configurator' mod ... it would be the easiest to imagine, but it wasn't.
I have already installed ALL the complete game with the 2 DLC's and without any mod and the problem persists. My next step is to return the installation to 1.11.0 and see if the problem goes away ...
Thankfully the devs are mod friendly enough to allow you to play previous builds to match your mod choice by opting into beta.
The current version had a LOT of parts changed. Anything basically that could be used in construction got replaced with a different part.
I had a lot of stuff built before that just won't load properly in the new version but I can accept that as they are trying to improve the game and I can always play an earlier version to launch the old craft I have.
Not to say that there are not bugs with the new update such as contracts not completing, you can auto complete them using the debug menu though.
if you have confirmed bugs then I can only suggest you report them to the official website so they get looked at.

Wonder if I should be happy I never modded my game or it is unrelated or something.
Did the game run normally for you anyway? Does reverting back to a previous build fix the issue?
I have removed two outdated mods that I was not aware had been installed when I installed some compatible mods. It is running better, Advanced grabbing unit is working now. I have stopped using AIES parts, they are more trouble than they are worth when linked with non-AIES parts. And, in general I hope the problem of non-solid solid objects will be addressed. Having parts pass right through other parts as if they are invisible is annoying. As I mentioned before using a cargo hold with an opening ramp to capture stuff would be neat. I could accomplish the process but the parts just passed though the wall of the cargo hold.
