I just discovered something interesting. HarvasteR didn't stop making games after he left Squad, he left to make is own games, another simulator called "Balsa Model Flight Simulator" is in early access now (you can't buy it yet, but you can look at it on steam). It isn't KSP, but it looks fun, and I'll throw my money his way to keep thanking him for the great fun KSP was to play.

...and I'll keep throwing money at the KSP1 devs when they release a new expansion lol. I'd love to see a base building expansion and Interplanetary Launchpad like functionality in the base game. I'd totally dump an extra $25 on that... for both my steam and standalone installs.

Yeah, I snagged the Balsa Sim demo over a year ago on steam. Sadly the demo is no longer offered but it should be released as early access soon.
