Moon-Base Mod

Hi there, im currently lookin for a mod which allows me to build a launch pad on other planets, so im able to build there rockets without the problem to bring parts to the planet. A complete moon base! Ive read some posts about mods, but none of them where online. Does some1 have an idea or a link?

Simple Construction[forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com] lets you use the stock drill, ISRU, and lab to create spacecraft on other planets by using ore.
Kerbal Planetary Base Systems[forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com] adds parts that can be used to create good-looking bases, including a Rocket Parts workshop and a launchpad that works with the above mod.
