Help with kerbalism!

I just got into the mod it’s absolutely amazing so far, however every single one of my engines have one singular ignition and from watching a YouTube video on the mod I know know that to be not right and it is so unbelievably frustrating to make 18 separate stages for my simple lunar Rendezvous
