Lens/Sun flare WITHOUT scatterer?

I'm graphically revamping my game and so far very good but Scatterer runs way too poorly for how it looks plus bad aliasing on the ground.

I've already thought about trying to disable every feature besides the sunflare but that didn't work out very well when I started to delete dll files and I have a mod that disables one of it's nice features when Scatterer is installed seemingly in any capacity.

Anyone happen to know of a mod that only adds Lens/Sun flare? Thanks in advance!
