How long can Kerbals survive on EVA?
How long until a Kerbal on EVA on Minmus dies?

Forever under the vanilla game. So plenty of time to send a rescue mission, or not.

usi life support and tac, or any mod with life support that supports eva will shorten the time.tac requires specific like food, water, oxigeen, etc while usi has supplies and habitation space+home time. Both are not completely realistic but the best life support ever would be thoose two combined. :D

I'm interested in life-support mods. I mean, that's the real challenge of interplanetary travel.

Does the life support supplies increase the weight of the ship? If so, how significantly?

uh, yes. for both. i don't think either have greenhouses. for tac, use kerbal planetray base systems. for usi, use usi mks. No, not very significantly, but it really depends on how much you add. amounts that last half a year or so in usi are only a few tons but no, it's still launchable. i use usi and i haven't used tac in while

I don't care if I'm totally vanilla, leaving a Kerbil in just his space suit is just wrong. I won't do it.
