saving a kerbin from the dark side of the mun
I finaly got a kerbin landed on the mun. the problem is that the tank is almost dry and he is on the darkside of the mun. Is the mun tidalocked to kerbin or is it going to be light their some time. I need some tips how to rescue him.

I don't know how dry "almost dry" is but I find it easier to rescue someone from orbit rather than the surface. Save you game and see if he can achieve orbit. If he can then you may even have enough fuel to get back. It doesn't take much from there.

Mun is tidal locked to Kerbin but it will still get sunshine.

I think it says 5 units. so it would take a miracle to get this one in to orbit.

It´s better then runing out of fuel 300m above the ground. doing +100m/s.

Tidal locking means a body has the same rotational period as the orbital period around the object it's orbiting. There's still night and day because the Mun is rotating like any other body - you just happen to see the same face of the Mun from Kerbin. So your Kerbal will still get to see the sun.

And that's about all the good news I can give you. You will need to land another ship close to the stranded Kerbal to pick him up. No other way around that.

I am thinking of puting down a rover and another ship. then use the rover if I don´t get in walking distance.

If you have the skill to build and send a rover to a stranded kerbal on the mun,
you can most certainly send a rescue ship.

I honestly can't tell if you are genuinely in need of help or a very poor troll.

I am thinking it´s the things I have to do. that isn´t the same thing as knowing how to do it.

Are you in career mode or sandbox?

If you want you can drop this in your ship saves and check it out or use it.

I use no mods, only base game and DLC
