HOTAS VS YOKE system for KSP?
I am looking into buying a YOKE system for space planes and the HOTAS (hands on throttle and stick) for rockets. Which ones should I get?

I have been looking at these.

-YOKE= https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01M00OQBE/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=1KS93NOO2TQ1F&coliid=I382C1WDAV6KYH

-HOTAS= https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LZ1MQTL/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=1KS93NOO2TQ1F&coliid=ITUG03THLQ4DQ

As far as I know, Logitech doesn't make any yoke and rudder. But they make flightstick (HOTAS) which work as yoke and rudder in one device. I would recommend Logitech Xtreme3D since it's much cheaper than buying separate Yoke and Ruddder.

Personally, I won't recommend Saitek Product. I have one of their product for Flight Simulator and I think the product material isn't so good and a real pain in the buttock to make it work (I need open source uncontinued project as a driver).

Buy yoke + rudder or HOTAS. Don't buy both of them. It's redundant.

Many flightsimmer I know recommend CH product. I haven't tried it since it's hard to get in my country but I really want to buy one. You might consider CH product too.

Similar to the comment above, unless you play any "real" flight sims (FSX or Xplane) I would just get a HOTAS and forget the yoke.

I don't know if it's been fixed but I do recall a lot of Saitek users having issues with KSP.

Well I did like the idea of the yoke system but I looked on some reviews and you were right, something to do with inputlag.

I would recommend full ch products gear (fighter stick, pro throttle, rudder pedals), but imo thats way overkill for KSP or FSX. I personally have ch gear for DCS A10c. If I were you I would just stick to the logitech as a hotas is not needed for KSP or FSX

Eventually I will get the X52 or something equivalent. I would prefer the Throttle away from the stick.

You could just get a ch throttle or the thrustmaster fcs throttle and use them with your logitech to save money, but please do not get anything made by saitek as their products are almost always defective.

So logitech does not have Throttle? and is this "Good" https://www.amazon.com/Thrustmaster-T16000M-FCS-Flight-Pack/dp/B01M1KZO16/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1479770010&sr=8-2&keywords=thrustmaster+fcs+throttle

The Thrustmaster Flight Pack is a good option, but if you feel that you don't need a new stick you can get the Pro Throttle

I have Thrustmaster Warthog stick/throttle, old saitek combat pro rudder pedals (metal ones) and a bunch of switch panels for landing gear ect.

I don't use any of it for ksp! Keyboard and mouse is just fine
